The mouthpieces are designed to be replaced every 3 months like any toothbrush.
Your mouthpiece is designed from a 3D scan of your teeth taken by your dentist. It is then built using specially programed 3D printing technology.
Currently ZERObrush is not optimized to work with traditional braces. But it can work perfectly with removable clear aligners and retainers.
