If we cannot ship by this date, we will notify you via email with a revised estimate and the option to receive a full refund. You are entitled to a full refund at any time prior to shipment by emailing hello@zerobrush.com.

Return Policy (Hygiene Exception)
Due to strict health and safety regulations for oral care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used devices unless they are defective. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Defective units are covered under our Limited 1-Year Warranty.
