ZERObrush is an AI-powered, custom-fit oral care device that replaces the traditional toothbrush. Dentist-level clean in just 30 seconds, and removes up to 5X more plaque than a manual toothbrush in hard-to-reach areas. Instead of relying on perfect technique, it uses precision engineering and a personalized fit to help deliver consistent, even coverage across your entire mouth.

Designed for modern routines and real life, ZERObrush simplifies daily brushing by reducing the guesswork of where to brush, how hard to press, and whether you missed an area. The result is a cleaner feel with less effort and a more seamless path to better habits.

How it works

Get your 3D scan
Great news! Your dentist may already have a 3D scan of your teeth on file, so you may not need an appointment. Simply ask for a copy. We use that scan to design your custom mouthpiece, then build it using specially programmed 3D printing technology for a precise, personalized fit.

Send us your scan
Email your scan to support@zerobrush.com. Please include your full name and your order number in the email.

We build and ship your starter kit
Once your scan is received, we manufacture your custom mouthpiece and ship the ZERObrush Starter Kit to you. Pre-orders are anticipated to ship Winter 2026. Tracking will be provided when your order ships.

Do not have a scan yet? Pre-order now, and we will guide you through the process. Questions? Call or text customer support at (650) 260-3911.

The fact that it was tailored to my mouth made it feel perfect. I have a small mouth, and it covered all parts of my mouth, so it felt like it was getting every bit of it.
ZEROBrush User Review
The customization is my favorite part. It felt made for each of my teeth, not like those generic mouth guards you just put in and hope for the best.
ZERObrush User Review
What intrigued me about it is that it is kind of like a high-tech upscale option, but it is really something different. There is nothing like this on the market.
ZERObrush User Review
It is much faster and easier than trying to get all the areas with a regular toothbrush. The best part is that every time I used it, my teeth felt as if I had just left a professional dental cleaning.
