How it works

  1. Get your 3D scan
    Great news! Your dentist may already have a 3D scan of your teeth on file, so you may not need an appointment. Simply ask for a copy. We use that scan to design your custom mouthpiece, then build it using specially programmed 3D printing technology for a precise, personalized fit.
  2. Send us your scan
    Email your scan to hello@zerobrush.com. Please include your full name and your order number in the email.
  3. We build and ship your mouthpiece
    Once your scan is received, we manufacture your custom mouthpiece and ship it to you. Pre-orders are anticipated to ship mid-summer 2026. Tracking will be provided when your order ships.
